If there are any additional fees or tariffs asociated with the purchase, you are solely responsible for handling them.

I collect and process your personal data (name, email, address, phone) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

I store your data securely and never share it with third parties, except for what’s necessary to ship your order (such as postal services).
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – processing is necessary to fulfill the contract (your order).
I will keep your data for no longer than 12 months after your order is completed.
If you choose to receive updates about future calendars, I will store your contact information separately and only for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing me – no hard feelings.
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data at any time. Just send me an email if you'd like to do so.
Delivery
Orders are shipped within 10 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
Most of the time they will be shipped in 2-3 business days, but I’m one person and I have a main job, so sometimes it takes a while. If you’re in a rush for a birthday gift or christmas, send me a note please. The calendar will spend a while in transit anyway, post takes from a week to a month, rarely more. You’ll get a tracking number and will be able to follow the journey.
Right of Withdrawl
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
If you don’t like the calendar, send it back and if it’s undamaged, I’ll happily return the money whether you’re from the EU or not.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you receive the calendar.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact me at furcphoto@furcphoto.com with a clear statement (e.g., “I hereby withdraw from the purchase of the calendar.”) and send me the email under which you’ve bought it so I can identify the payment.

You must send the calendar back at your own cost without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying me.
The refund will be issued as soon as I receive the returned calendar.
Complaints
If your calendar arrives damaged, contact me at furcphoto@furcphoto.com within 7 days and include a photo.
What I’m going to do is fill a complaint with the post and wait till they resolve it. Fortunately, it happens very rarely.
